The average price of a property in the Isle of Man has risen slightly over the past year.
Statistics released by the government show that the figure has gone up by 0.4% to £248,000.
The average house price in 2017 was £268,220 and the average flat price £149,991, while the report also points to a steady increase in the volume of house sales over recent years.
The Isle of Man Government today published its annual review of the property market for 2017.
