A charge of provoking behaviour against Thomas James McBurnie, aged 25, of Koinney Avenue, Douglas, has been dismissed.

He had previously denied the allegation.

The court heard that Mr McBurnie faces other matters at the higher court and it was deemed not in the public interest to pursue this matter.
