Peel Charity Shop has made a donation of £10,000 to The Tommy Clucas Memorial Fund.

The donation is to support the charity, set up in memory of former Peel footballer and motorcycle racer Tom, in its fundraising to add extended facilities to The Tommy Clucas Community Sports Hall in Peel.

The extended facilities will offer additional functions complementing the sports hall such as a learning/sports development classroom for use with the hall in coaching courses and school holiday activities, a parents viewing and waiting area, soft play for toddlers, an area where food can be eaten after children’s parties in the sports hall and a clubroom which can be shared by other local sports clubs.
