RAF Valley will perform a flyover over Douglas on Saturday for the coronation of King Charles III.

The flyover, consisting of four Texan T Mk 1 aircraft of 72(F) Squadron will reach Douglas at 5.11 pm.

The flyover will start in Wrexham at 4.49 pm and return to base via Holyhead, which will see the aircraft at 5.26 pm.

Wing Commander Chris Ball, said: 'It is a huge privilege to be part of the Coronation and as we make our progress back to RAF Valley, we were keen to share our experience with as many people as possible.

'It is our way of saying thank to all those who support us in North Wales and the surrounding areas.'
