Electronic travel permits to become mandatory for some visitors to the Isle of ManDry this morning and for the early part of the afternoon but cloud will gradually thicken and rain will arrive mid-afternoon, wet for the evening before the rain clears again soon after dusk. A fresh to locally strong southeast wind will fall light as the rain clears, temperatures just 11 or 12C at best.
Dry with sunny spells for much of the weekend but a few showers are possible later on Saturday and at first on Sunday, temperatures around 13 or 14 and winds light mainly from the south or southwest
