Organisers of the Ramsey Bay marina public meeting tomorrow evening (Wednesday) say all 600 available spaces have now been allocated - but everyone who has requested a ticket will get a place.
It is being billed as one of the largest public interest meetings the island has held.
The event will take place between 7pm and 9pm prompt, at the Main Studio at Mountain View Innovation Centre, just outside Ramsey on the Jurby Road.
Guests are advised to arrive in good time for a prompt start. and although there is plenty of parking space on site, where possible, to share travel arrangements to reduce congestion.
Mountain View aims to be a fully accessible venue – and guests with special needs are requested to make these known to the venue’s hosting staff on arrival.
Free shuttle buses are being provided between Ramsey bus station and Mountain View at 17:55; 18:20 and 18:45, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Return buses will depart immediately after the meeting at around 21:10.
Babbages Bar and Bistro will be open from 6pm, for the purchase of drinks and refreshments,and the opportunity to view a small exhibition of the proposals.
The main meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.
Anyone attending who has not pre-booked will be unable to join the meeting, although they will be able to view the proposals in the adjacent Babbages venue.
Alternatively, they can seem them until on the display at Ramsey Town Hall until the end of the month, during normal working hours.
