Richard Leslie Callow, aged 70, of The Meadows, Kirk Michael, will face a trial in summary court on October 2.

He has previously denied an allegation of provoking behaviour.

He has pleaded guilty to stalking but sentencing for that will take place after the outcome of the trial.

He was excused from attending court due to ill health but was represented by his advocate David Clegg.

Bail continues.
