The Steam Packet has issued the warning for the 8pm Douglas to Heysham service. It’s down to forecast bad weather.

The forecast from the Met Office:

Dry but turning cloudy this morning, with rain at times this afternoon, followed by showers this evening. The strong westerly wind will back southwest and ease this morning but turn westerly and strengthen again this afternoon. Maximum temperature 10 Celsius.

Much of Sunday will be bright with some sunshine, although a few scattered showers are still possible. Less windy with a moderate or fresh northwesterly wind. Top temperature 9 Celsius.

Dry but often cloudy on Monday and Tuesday.
