Douglas City Council has said that due to a fallen tree Summerhill Glen is inaccessible.

It added that a substantial proportion of the decorative lighting is not functioning due to the damage caused.

The council has said it will notify the public on its Facebook page as to when the tree has been cleared and the lights have been repaired, but it is unclear as to when this will be completed.
