Oliver Quayle, aged 17, of Victoria Road, Castletown, has appeared in court charged with driving while under the influence of cannabis.

He is also accused of possessing drugs.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on November 26.
He was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers who asked for an adjournment until April 20, to allow time to review the case papers.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
