There is to be a screening of the military drama ’71 at the Peel Centenary Centre on Wednesday, June 14.
The BAFTA-nominated, tense military drama stars Jack O’Connell as a raw recruit sent to keep the peace on the streets of Northern Ireland.
However, things take a turn for the worse when he gets separated from his unit and has to negotiate his way through the deadly streets of Belfast to reach safety.
It is the latest film being shown as part of the ’Films In Peel’ season. Tickets are £5, and the film begins at 7.45pm, with doors open at 7pm.
