The secretary and treasurer of the Women in Song Community Choir, Su Collins, has written to us to say: ’I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for publishing the photograph and report of our choir’s Hop tu Naa coffee morning in the Examiner.

’As a direct result of this we received further donations totalling £200 which meant we were able to give Diabetes IOM a total of £700.’
