Our weekly feature of a potholes around the island continues to prove popular with readers, who have again submitted a range of photographs.
This time the chosen Pothole of the Week is of Staarvey Road in Peel, taken by Dave Thornley.
The several potholes look like they could accommodate a few ducks!
With a bit of imagination and inspiration from the Lord of the Rings film, ’The Two Towers’, some could even say that the potholes have a slight ’Dead Marshes’ look about them.
An idea would be to follow last week’s entry of placing toy animals around the pothole-turned-puddle, but instead recreate Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee’s perilous journey to Mordor using figurines?
