The 60p three-stop fare will be withdrawn from next week.

Previously, bus users could travel three stops on any route for 60p, but the Department of Infrastructure has now removed this.

From Monday (May 8), the minimum fare will be £1.10.

Isle of Man Transport has compared this with other areas in the UK, including West Midlands, which is £1.50, Leeds on £1.40, Newcastle with £1.40, Leicester with £1.60 and Darlington being £2.
