The TT funfair will in principle be returning to the island this year.

Organisers, Taylor’s Funfairs, were today granted the entertainment licence, subject to certain conditions.

The conditions include ensuring that the certificates for the rides are up to date, as well as inspections.

It comes after the government said earlier this year that it would no longer be supporting the attraction.

They will operate from June 1 to June 11.
