Greystar Capital Limited is applying for planning permission (21/01390/B) to build two two-storey houses on an empty lot on Orry Street, Douglas.

The site, which encompasses numbers 9 and 15 on the street, was cleared by demolition last year.

The plans are for both houses to have three bedrooms on the first floor, and a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor.
