An annual concert which was due to happen earlier this month to mark the Manx national week, is set take place this weekend.

The singers from the Manx Gaelic Choir Caarjyn Cooidjagh, who sing traditional and new songs in the Manx language, will perform its Tynwald concert at Ballafesson Chapel, Ballafesson Hall, Port Erin, on Sunday, August 2, beginning at 6.30pm.

The concert was originally scheduled to take place on Tynwald Day, but the social restrictions at the time meant that it had to be postponed.

The evening is free to attend .
