Darren Noel Dooley, aged 32, of Spring Valley Road, Douglas, has been fined £160 for having no vehicle licence.

He did not appear in court but sent a postal admission to the offence.

On February 25, police checks found that a Ford Transit van belonging to him had tax which had expired in August 2022.

He was also ordered to pay £50 prosecution costs which he must pay, along with the fine within two months.
