A visiting biker has been fined £400 for overtaking the roads open car at the 33rd Milestone.
The incident happened at the end of Tuesday’s practice and put the rider onto closed roads.
Jason Horn, a 44-year-old man from Stoke on Trent, handed himself into police the following day.
He appeared in court yesterday (Thursday) where he was fined £400 and ordered to pay court costs of £50.
The police said robust action will be taken against anyone who disregards the rules of closed roads and the directions of marshals.
Earlier this week, spectator James William Ford, 67, of Bingley, West Yorkshire, was jailed for four weeks and banned from the island for five years for walking on the closed road at Crosby, delaying Monday night’s practice.
