There are just four days left for people to vote for a local charity to receive a share of £50,000.

Each is guaranteed a gift of at least £4,000 but the island’s public will choose which gets £25,000.

The money has been put up by the Masonic Charitable Foundation to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the United Grand Lodge of England.

The four nominated Manx charities are: St John Ambulance First Responders, Special Olympics Isle of Man, the Ardwhallen Jubilee Trust and the Diana Princess of Wales Care at Home Trust.

’#Every charity chosen will receive an award of between £4,000 and £25,000. The public’s vote will determine how much we give to each charity,’ Isle of Man Provincial Grand Master Keith Dalrymple said.

Voting to allocate the gifts of £25,000, £15,000, £6,000 or £4,000 has been brisk and closes on July 31.

July.
