The moderate to fresh southerly winds will strengthening this afternoon and evening bringing heavy rain this evening. Top temperatures of 9 Celsius.
Gales will develop for a time tonight with the rain clearing to showers later in the night, and the south or south-westerly winds decreasing to become strong.
Monday will be windy with westerly winds becoming strong to near-gale force, bringing some blustery showers which may turn wintry over the hills later in the day, because whilst temperatures will begin around 8 Celsius the temperature will drop a few degrees during the day.
Colder for Tuesday with highs of 5 Celsius, but feeling colder in the strong to gale force westerly winds which will also bring some wintry showers.
