The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice.
The forecast:
Dry with sunny intervals today but still cold with a mostly fresh east or southeast wind, temperatures only around 4 Celsius.
Rather cloudy on Monday but still cold and dry with a brisk easterly wind.
Generally cloudy on Tuesday with a few light snow showers, the showers becoming more frequent on Wednesday with a strong and bitterly cold east to northeast wind.
