The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Some showers at first which will die away during this morning becoming mostly dry and with brighter or sunnier spells developing. The fresh to strong northwest wind falling light, and with temperatures only reaching up to 8 or 9°C at best. The wind then turning south or southwest during the evening and become strong overnight, as rain moves in from the west.
Cloudy with outbreaks of rain on Friday morning, which will turn lighter and patchier into the afternoon with the chance of some drier spells. Breezy with a fresh to strong west to south-westerly wind and highs of 11°C.
Saturday will see a spell of rain for a time in the morning, but once that has cleared it should be a largely dry with good sunny spells. Fresh to strong west or south-westerly winds and temperatures up to 12°C.
