The met office has issued a weather warning for overnight into Thursday morning.

A code yellow weather warning has been issued with rain from Wednesday night into tomorrow set to fall as sleet or wet snow above 1000ft.

Accumulations of up to 2cm may occur in some areas but this is likely to melt away in the morning.
