The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain and localised flooding.
The forecast:
Wet at first today, the rain heavy at times with a risk of localised flooding. However, through the mid to late morning the rain will die out, with perhaps a little brightness developing this afternoon. Maximum temperature 8 Celsius, with light or moderate east or northeast winds.
Tonight will be dry with clearing skies, and a touch of ground frost is likely, with tomorrow then a dry day with sunny spells.
