The game of the day in Rossborough Men’s Division One sees Bacchas B and Vikings B go head-to-head on Saturday to battle for the outright lead in the championship.

Bacchas B are favourites going into the game with an ominous goal record this season along with a well-drilled defensive unit, while Vikings B have a similar if not as free-scoring record.

The winner of this game will earn the right to call themselves favourites for the title.

Following this will be Castletown A’s chance to put some points on the board against Vikings C. The latter have punched above their weight so far this year with the young players really impressing with their work rate and attitude.

Castletown A are still struggling a little this season but this game could provide a kick start to their campaign.

Valkyrs B are another side currently flirting with the relegation zone and take on Harlequins A who have started the season reasonably well so far.

Saracens A continue their steep learning curve this weekend against Vikings A in the Women’s Premier League. The latter side narrowly won against Valkyrs A last week in a game that could have gone either way so will be supremely confident of victory here.

Elsewhere, Valkyrs A take on Castletown A in what could prove to be a banana skin for the former. Town managed to restrict Vikings A to only two goals earlier in the season and they do have an attacking threat so Valkyrs will need to be careful.

The final game in the women’s top flight sees Ramsey A take on Bacchas A. The latter are still rebuilding after losing a number of players from their first team squad this year for various reasons, but they are getting better each week and both sides look to be evenly matched.

In the Men’s Premier League, Vikings A take on the young Saracens A side who have had a baptism of fire so far in the top flight and will be looking to continue to improve against the All Blacks.

Elsewhere, Ramsey A face a hard fixture against the best of the best in the shape of Bacchas A who are looking to keep up with Vikings A in the title race.

Women’s Division One sees an interesting fixture or two, with Bacchas B facing off against Valkyrs B and Harlequins A taking on Castletown B.

Similarly in Women’s Division Two, Vikings C will be looking to defend their lead against Valkyrs B who are out to prove they can challenge for the title, while Ramsey B take on Bacchas C.

Men’s Division Two sees Bacchas Colts take on a strong and determined Castletown B team, while Saracens B are aiming to halt Ramsey B’s title charge and Harlequins B take on Valkyrs C.
