The third round of the Motor Mall (IoM) Manx Rally Championship takes place this Saturday in the shape of the IM1 Car Centre Summer Stages.
A field of 21 will tackle the event which is the first Summer Stages Druidale Motor Club has hosted in many years.
A total of 12 stages will make up a very compact event around the Saton area, using four different venues at Conrhenny, Chibbanagh, Mooidale and Oatlands Farm. The main service area is at Knock Froy.
First away will be Nigel Cannell with daughter Kayleigh on the pacenotes.
The Easter Rally winner will be aiming for his first Summer Stages win in the very rapid Evo IX.
Another father-daughter combination is off at number two, Tommy and Cliona Collins in a Toyota Celica GT4.
Three-time winner of this event Scott Bradshaw and co-driver Howard Allison are seeded at three in the Stu Bainborough Evo III.
Martyn Jones and Paul McCann were due to start at number four in a Vauxhall Corsa, but have withdrawn from the event.
Current championship leader Dan Colley is number five with Charlotte Shimmin on the notes in the first of a gaggle of BMWs.
George Collister (BMW), Kex Walker (BMW), Matty Bettridge (Nova), Dave Hughes (BMW) and Luke Tunney round off the top 10.
The first car will be at Conrhenny Plantation at 9am with the final stage due to start at approximately 4.30pm.
The prize presentation will take place at Knock Froy after the event.
Stage maps can be found at Druidale Motor Club’s website and Facebook pages.
