The latest round of the Callin Wild Manx Fell Running League takes place this Friday near Injebreck reservoir.

The Carraghan race is the shortest in the series, covering only four kilometres, but with a difficult ascent of 300 metres on the out-and-back course.

The start time is 7pm, with 7pm, with registration at the Ardwhallan Centre from 6pm.

As this race is categorised as a short race, organiser Chris Kirk can relax the amount of safety gear carried depending on weather conditions. This will be decided on the day. Everyone is strongly advised to turn up with full safety gear just in case.

Minimum age is 12 years if the runner reaches 13 by December 31, 2021.

There will be limited car parking at Ardwhallan. A big entry is expected for this classic race so parking will still be at a premium. The organisers strongly recommend car sharing and ask everyone to park with great care.
