The Callin Wild Manx Fell League continues on Saturday May 11 when the shortest race in the calendar takes place.
Originally the race was scheduled to take place on Friday, May 10 but there are road closures in the Baldwin area for the car rally that day.
The start time is 4pm with registration from 3pm at Colden plantation car park. The Carraghan is held over a tough out-and-back 4km course that includes 300 metres of difficult ascent.
Incorporated in the race will be the second round of the junior league for runners aged from 12 to 18 years.
As the race is short, rules regarding safety gear are relaxed, but if the weather is poor it will be compulsory for runners to carry a jacket and a whistle.
Car sharing is recommended as limited parking is available. No dogs allowed on the course.
Marshals are required, www.manxfellrunners.org
