Isle of Man Cricket has named a 13-strong women’s squad for the Continental Cup taking part in Romania later this month.

The islanders are one of eight nations taking part in this year's Continental Cup at the Moara Vlasiei Cricket Ground near the capital Bucharest.

The T20 competition will run from August 26 to 30.

The Isle of Man have been drawn in group B alongside Norway, Romania and Greece.

The competition will begin with a round-robin group stage before progressing to the semi-finals and final.

With eight teams participating this year, it is the biggest edition of the Continental Cup to date.

All games will be live streamed on the European Cricket Network YouTube channel.
