With entries for the Bikestyle End2End MTB Challenge set to close at midnight this Sunday, numbers are now coming in at a steady pace.

By Wednesday morning there were 340 for the main event, 35 for the half (including youths) and 20 e-bikes.

The event takes place a fortnight on Sunday, September 8, and there are various categories available to enter. For the full E2E challenge over 75km, adult entry costs £45 and £25 for under-18s.

The half, from St John’s to Port Erin, is £33 adult and £20 junior. E-bikes are permitted to take part but will start at the Point of Ayre 30 minutes after the main field and finish at St John’s - cost £33.
