FC Isle of Man’s impressive debut season in the English non-league system continued at the Bowl on Saturday evening as they secured a place in the Division One Challenge Cup final.

The Ravens secured promotion last month through the Division One South play-offs and will now contest the Division One Cup final after coming from behind to beat Holker Old Boys 2-1.

The Cumbrian outfit took a first-half lead through an own goal, before Ramsey’s Jamie Corlett equalised 10 minutes into the second half.

St George’s youngster Nathan Cardy 88th-minute strike secured the win in front of another bumper home crowd of 2,151 to tee up a Bowl final against Cammell Laird.
