The Festival of Motorcycling’s planned extra qualifying session on Thursday afternoon has been cancelled because of wet weather and poor visibility on the Mountain.

With the forecast set to improve, however, it is hoped tonight’s scheduled session will still go ahead.

Roads should close around the Mountain Course for that at 6pm.
