The final round of the Dave Phillips Running Series, sponsored by Sweeney Todd Men’s Hairdressers, takes place this Friday on Peel promenade and headlands.
Racing will start as usual with the youth races at 7pm. All are welcome.
The presentation of awards (and buffet) will take place at Peel Sailing Club later.
l Entries for the Isle of Man Marathon on Sunday, August 11 are continuing to arrive steadily.

Midweek there were 74 for the full and 165 for the half, so it looks likely that numbers will be similar to last year when there were 110 and 350 starters respectively on the day.
Sadly, only a couple of names have been confirmed for the IoM marathon championship.
Entries close at midnight on August 6.
l The 2019 No Rest For The Wicked series begins with the marathon/half-marathon on August 11 and continues each evening throughout the week through to Friday, Aug 16.
