Isle of Man FA is seeking to recruit three new business directors to join its board.

The FA has recently completed a review of its corporate governance structure and established a new business leadership model.

The directors appointed will be passionate business individuals with an interest in football and fulfil the role on a volunteer basis for an initial term of three years.

The FA are looking for individuals that will be able to assist the FA with a fresh, new and vibrant outlook to help deliver, review and update its existing business strategy.

The directors appointed must be a member of an affiliated club, the Referee Society or Isle of Man Junior League and have significant skills and a proven career track record in either strategic planning, financial management, business planning, marketing and communications, information technology, human resources, law or commercial development.
