Isle of Man FA’s men’s side continue their pre-season fixtures this weekend with two games against Welsh second-tier outfit Flint Town United.

Paul Jones’s squad face the North Wales outfit twice inside 24 hours with games on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon at the Bowl.

The two friendlies will give Jones the chance to blood more youngsters in his senior squad ahead of late September’s Inter-League Cup tie with the Cheshire League.

Sid Batty, Jack Camarda, Luke Murray, Jacob Crook and 16-year-old Sam Baines were all given run outs in Saturday’s 1-0 win over Northern Premier League outfit Widnes and more of the island’s under-18 squad are expected to feature this week.

Tickets for the games, which kick off at 7.30pm and 2.30pm respectively, cost £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.

Isle of Man’s planned game with Widnes’s fellow Northern Premier League outfit Trafford on August 2 has been called off.
