Goals in each half from Sean Doyle and Lee Gale ensured the Isle of Man FA’s senior men’s team deservedly triumphed 0-2 over Wolverhampton Wanderers under-23 side in Telford on Tuesday.
Corinthians striker Doyle gave Paul Jones’s charges a second-minute lead in the friendly at AFC Telford’s ground.
The Manx continued to take the game to a Wolves side that sit top of the EPL2 Division Two and a second-half penalty from sub Gale wrapped up the victory for the islanders.
