Douglas-born Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney was in the thick of the action as the Glasgow club completed a domestic treble on Saturday.

Tierney suffered a suspected broken jaw after being caught in the mouth by Aberdeen’s Jayden Stockley during the first half of the Scottish FA Cup final.

The injury forced him off the Hampden Park pitch and to hospital.

His replacement Tom Rogic, however, scored a dramatic injury-time winner to give the the Bhoys a 2-1 victory and add the Cup to the SPL and League Cup titles they have already won this campaign.

The 19-year-old made it back from hospital to lift the cup and celebrate with his team-mates.

Tierney, however, may require surgery on his jaw, putting him in doubt for Scotland’s game with England on June 10.
