Lee Gale has been named as the Isle of Man Football Association Player of the Year for the second time in three seasons.
The Peel winger will receive his award at the IoMFA annual award presentation evening which takes place on Friday, June 22.
Corinthians’ starlet Luke Murray, who helped his side clinch the Railway Cup on Wednesday evening, picks up the Young Player of the Year award for under-18s, while Castletown striker Alex Crawley has been crowned Division Two Player of the Year.
The Masters Player of the Year trophy this year heads the way of Marown veteran Gary Christian.
There is double success for Laxey’s Alex Honour who has been awarded both the main Women’s Player of the Year and the Women’s Player of the Year accolades after an impressive campaign for the Miners.
Foxdale’s Jay Chatwood will receive the Silver Boot award after plundering a whopping 43 goals in Division Two during the 2017-18 season, while the Golden Boot looks to be heading the way of St George’s frontman Ciaran McNulty.
The Geordies No.9 has netted no fewer than 38 times for the Premier League champions which is five ahead of nearest rival Gale, but McNulty still has one final rearranged game to play against Corinthians after TT Week.
