The football fixtures for this year’s NatWest Island Games in Gotland, Sweden have now been released.

The Men, who won silver in Jersey two years ago, kick off their campaign against Hitra in Fårösund on Sunday, June 25 at 5pm before taking on the Falkland Islands in Säve 24 hours later.

The Manx side then complete their group stage with a match versus Ynys Mô* in Stenkyrka at the same time on Tuesday, June 27

The Isle of Man women’s side begin their quest for glory with a match against Ynys Mô* in Väskinde on the same Sunday as the Men, kicking off at 1pm.

They then tackle the Western Isles in Fårösund exactly a day later before locking horns with �land at 5pm on Wednesday, June 28 in Dalhem.

For the Manx men’s side they must top their group in order to qualify for the semi-finals, while the women also must top their group to qualify or finish as the best runner-up.

The semi-finals will take place on Thursday, June 29 before the third/fourth place playoffs and final take centre stage on Friday, June 30, the gold medal matches taking place in Gutavallen at 10.30am (women) and 1pm (men).
