The top two face a potentially tricky afternoon in JCK Division Two on Saturday.
Leaders Pulrose United and Castletown are only separated by goal difference at the moment, therefore neither side can afford to drop any points.
Town will need to be in fine fettle if they are to get the better of Marown who are in good form themselves, having won five out of their last six games.
Should either of the sides above them drop points, then Onchan could close the gap with a win at home to lowly Gymns, but the latter will be on a high following their dramatic last-gasp 4-3 win over Ayre United.
The latter will want to bounce back quickly but face a tough match when they host Union Mills in Andreas, the Millers still harbouring outside hopes of a possible top-four push.
Should Mills lose, Douglas and District could go level on points with the Garey Mooar side if they get the better of Michael United at Balleira, although the sides played out a 4-4 draw earlier in the season.
The last game sees Foxdale start as favourites to see off the challenge of Governor’s Athletic at Billy Goat Park.
