The IoM Junior Fell Running Championships take place on Saturday at Bradda Head, Port Erin, sponsored by Erin Bike Hut.

It is for school years 2 through to 7 over courses of varying distances according to age. Registration will be from midday for years 2, 3 and 4 with the first race starting at 1pm.

Years 5, 6 and 7 will register from 2.30pm with racing starting at 3pm. A big entry is expected, likely to be similar to last year’s record in excess of 400.

Entry is advised through schools but will also be taken on the day. Manx Fell Runners ask people to park vehicles with care. Weather permitting there will be a field available for parking close to the entrance to Bradda Glen. Marshals will be assisting.

Please do not park in the Bradda Glen car park as there is a wedding reception on Saturday afternoon.
