Mountain bikers scored a 1-2 in the Nick Corkill Memorial Road Race over the Bride course on Sunday.
The 57-mile race over six laps of the undulating Andreas-Ramsey-Bride course was led for more than 25 miles by Danny Curtis.
He was finally caught halfway on the final lap by Island Games team-mate Corlett who edged ahead on the final climb of Bride Hill.
The 21-year-old from Glen Vine was 29 seconds clear at the finish, while Tom Mazzone won the bunch gallop for third place.
Thomas Bostock (junior title winner), Adam Kelly and leading over-40 Andrew Roche completed the top-six.
The B race, over four laps (38 miles) included the women, youth and veteran over-50 competitors.
This race was won by 15-year-old Tosh Teare who duly took the youth title from Max Walker and Will Corkill in a sprint.
Leading over-50 Juan Kinley was mixed in with them, while women’s race winner Amelia Sharpe did very well to finish fifth overall.
