The distance is approximately 10 miles on the former steam railway line.
Sign on from 7.30am next to Peel fish yards with a start time of 8.30.

l The Western 10 road run and Julie Brew memorial walk take place on Sunday week, September 29 over the regular course.
Signing on will be at the Market Place in Peel from 8.15am, with the walk starting 9.15am and the run 10.15am (sub-90 minute walkers start with the runners at 10.15).
Entry fee for both races is £5, non-club affiliated runners £7.
Competitors must be a minimum of 16 years old on the day of the race and 18 years old for the walk.

l Western AC’s track and field league presentations take place on Saturday evening at the QEII School’s assembly hall, starting at 7pm prompt.
l The final two events of 2019 hosted by Isle of Man Veteran Athletes’ Club both cater for walkers and runners.
The Never Give Up Autumn Handicap 5km walk and 10km run is on Thursday, October 17, with the Syd Quirk half-marathon on Sunday, November 17 (IoM championship).
The Autumn handicap takes place on the NSC perimeter roadway, starting with the walk at 6.30pm and the run at 7.15.
Entry fees are: £10 (unattached) and £6 discounted for club members. Entries close at midnight on October 13.
