Round four of the 5km Prom Run Series takes place this Saturday on Douglas Promenade, starting at 10am from the Bottleneck car park area.

There will be an additional 2km race for junior runners of seven and upwards.

Entries are via the Manx Timing Solutions site and close this evening, Thursday.

l Round one of the Ramsey Park Run Series takes place next Friday, April 7. Sign on from 6pm for a 7pm start.
