Round three of the Up & Running-sponsored winter walking league takes place at Ramsey this Sunday, with signing on at the rugby clubhouse close to Mooragh Park from 9.15am for a 10am start.

Senior 10km and 5km entry is £5 for registered athletes and £7 for unattached athletes and all juniors are £1 for either 1km, 2km, or 3km.

Please note that headphones are not to be worn on open roads events and that high-vis clothing is required in what are the darkest days of the year.
