Round three of the Ramsey Firemen’s Road Running League takes place this evening (Thursday).

Signing on will be from 6.15pm in Ramsey Town Hall (not the fire station as usual) for a 7pm start. Hi-vis clothing is compulsory.

The one-lap race is over 1.7 miles, three laps five miles. Further rounds take place on the first Thursday of January, February and March (best four to count). The series is sponsored by Ramsey Bakery.
