Old Mutual Douglas welcome Anselmians to Port-e-Chee on Saturday and ring the changes as injuries and availability continue to take a toll.
The visitors may languish second from bottom in North One West, but one of their two wins was against Waterloo in October who currently sit fifth only three points behind Douglas.
Although not having won at Port-e-Chee since 2014, Anselmians have always been competitive at home and have beaten Douglas on their own patch with a free-flowing brand of rugby that can be a potential banana skin for any side.
Douglas welcome back Paul Leivers to the forwards, but skipper Niall Killey took a knock against Stockport that will need further time to recover.
The rapid Mike Dunnett moves to the back row from hooker, and Robert Todd makes another start in the middle of the front row.
Bryn Snellgrove returns to number 10, Carl Murray moves to the centre, and Conor Stephens and Adam Boyd take up wing berths.
With Guy Wood injured, Sam Mete steps in at fullback as a like-for-like replacement.
The rapid Australian, conditions allowing, will look to counter at most opportunities.
The bench is strong with the versatile Shaun Wyllie covering scrum-half and centre, while Aidan O’Shea is back in the selection mix and the forwards are similarly well covered.
Craig McGee has recovered from a head knock and is an invaluable asset in the back-row, and alongside Filipe Pereira, who performed so well at Stockport last week, both will surely feature.
With league leaders Carlisle hosting Stockport, Douglas could bounce back up to second place if they continue holding form at home. Kick-off is 2.15pm.
Douglas squad:
Todd McDowell, Robert Todd, Harry Raven, Max Singer, Paul Leivers, Mike Dunnett, Sam Games, Liam Kirkpatrick, Will Cain, Bryn Snellgrove, Conor Stephens, Carl Murray, Lance Wyllie, Adam Boyd, Sam Mete, Shaun Wyllie, Craig McGee, Filipe Pereira or Aidan O’Shea.
