Dean Harrison topped both the Superbike and Supersport charts at the end of the traditional ‘practice week’.

The Bradford ace was in formidable form last Saturday when he produced a lap of 125.797mph on the ZX6 600cc Kawasaki that remained unbeaten in the Supersport class for the remainder of the week.

Michael Dunlop ended up playing second fiddle to Harrison in both the Supersport and Superbike classes, while local man Conor Cummins (pictured) was the only Honda rider in the top 10.

Harrison produced the only sub-17 minute lap of the week in 16min 57.728s, while another exceptional performance was the 128.491mph lap of Philip Crowe on the privateer BMW, 10th quickest between the Norton of Josh Brookes and the BMW of Martin Jessopp.

Peter Hickman was quickest on the Superstock virtually all week. His final lap on Friday evening was the best at 130.829, but he was only 2.2sec up on Harrison, with Cummins again well on the pace third best. Dunlop was only eighth quickest.

In the Lightweight class Dunlop unofficially broke Ivan Lintin’s lap record with a speed of 120.87mph first time (literally) on the factory Paton two seconds ahead of Lintin, with Italian Stefano Bonetti again impressing on his Paton third quickest at 118.85mph.

John Holden and Lee Cain topped the sidecar qualifying for most of the week, but with various issues on their own LCR Honda finally sorted, Ben and Tom Birchall edged ahead of them on Thursday evening.

Their lap of 116.554mph was more than eight seconds faster than Holden/Lain, with Tim Reeves and Mark Wilkes third best at 114.369.

Dave Molyneux and Dan Sayle did not have a great week, ending up sixth quickest after various set-up issues.

The Founds brothers, Alan and Peter, squeezed the multiple winners out, with their respective passengers - Jake Lowther and Jevan Walmsley.
