There will be no TT action on the Mountain Course today, Tuesday, because of the poor weather.
A statement from organisers said: ’Clerk of the course Gary Thompson has confirmed that, following consultation with the Isle of Man Met Office, today’s TT programme has been called off.
’The low cloud and mist is forecast to remain for most of the day with persistent showers also throughout the day. Roads will remain open.’
A revised schedule for the remaining three TT race days will be issued at around 1pm today.The Red Arrows are currently on schedule to display over Douglas Bay tonight at 7.30pm tonight subject to acceptable weather conditions at the time.
